Survey apps tend to be ambitious. They wish to gain a wide variety of feedback, but tend to make the survey forms too long. Our main aim was to avoid this issue while designing the new Epitome app. We also had to focus on creating a new look which aptly depicted Epitome’s goal – help clients speedily adapt to market changes and seize the right opportunities at the right time.
In order to help Epitome achieve its full potential, we designed an app that was extremely user friendly. The app was designed to ensure maximum audience interaction with features that enabled users to send in photos of products they owned in reference to a particular survey and which allowed them to record their answers using audio or videos. The overall result was that the time for research study and analysis was monumentally brought down to 5 days.
